You will need:
1 packet of Marie biscuits, crushed
125g melted butter (light marg works too if you prefer)
1/2 of 395g tin of condensed milk (I use the light condensed milk and double recipe or will keep remainder in fridge until required)
2-3 large Cherry Ripe bars, chopped
250g chocolate, melted
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl, except chocolate
2. Press into slice tin and chill
3. Cover with melted chocolate
I like to sprinkle coconut over the top or 100s & 1000s before the chocolate sets.
Try it with different bars; peppermint crisp, picnic bars, mini easter eggs, m&m's, licorice all-sorts :)
